Can you imagine a day without wifi?

The last night I slept peacefully after chit-chatting with my college friends regarding tomorrow's

meetup. I was so excited that I couldn't sleep properly the last night. The same night my school 

friends also messaged me and asked if I could come to play cricket with them. I was in a great 

confusion about what to do. Should I cancel my college friends meetup or should I cancel my cricket 

plan? I discussed this with my mom and she gave a mid road and asked to go with both of them. It was 

truly challenging for me but then I decided to play cricket early in the morning and then go with

college friends. The next day, I got up early in the morning at around 6 and got freshen up and 

ready for the day. I played cricket till somewhat 9:30 am and then we had a long conversation. The

conversation was merely about our career plans and/or bussiness plans. Then I bid them a goodbye

and left to meet my college friends. I had to reach Borivali by 10:30 am or max 11 am. But due to

some reasons I reached there by around 11:15 am. By the time all were angry on me but then I 

convinced them. From there we went to our friends home and had a great fun there. After that at 

around 6 pm we all one by one left and I reached home by 7 pm. As soon as I came home I turned on 

wifi and got freshen up untill then it gets connected. After getting fresh I took my phone and checked 

that the wifi was connected but there were no messages. I got confused for a while. Then I checked

the internet status and it showed 'NO INTERNET'. I got so tensed that I immediately called the 

wifi service agent and asked about the wifi. They told that they working on it to give you the 

best connectivity. I said okay and asked by what time it will get restored. For which they said 

that it will get restored within an hour. I said okay and kept the phone. Untill then I decided to

read books or play some offline games. 1 hour was over now. But the wifi was not yet restored.

I called them to ask the status for which they said that it will get restored the next day. I got

frustated and kept the call. I slept after playing some offline games and read books. The next day 

arrived, but the wifi didn't arrive. I again called them and asked whether when it will get 

restored for which they said by evening it will get restored. I was getting more frustated as I 

was missing my online lectures from the past few days. Guess what, at evening also it didn't 

arrive. I again called the service agent and asked them by what time the wifi will get restored 

for which they said, 'Sorry for the inconvenience, your wifi will get restored by tomorrow morning.

I was helpless and kept the call and I had to wait till tomorrow morning. The next morning arrived,

but the wifi didn't. I immediately called them and asked them whether what is happening and why is

it taking so long to restore the services. For which they replied, 'Sorry for the inconvenience,

we are working on your issue and it will get resolved by afternoon.' Evening arrived but wifi 

didn't. Now again I called them and now they said that it will take some more time. This was

happening for about 4 days now but the wifi was still not restored. Now we decided to discontinue

their services get a new wifi. Luckily our neighbour arrived and I asked them that from where do they

take wifi services for which they told the name of the service provider and gave their number as 

well. So I immediately called them but they didn't receive. After some time they called back and we

discussed regarding the cost and by what time they can install the wifi. I told them to come at 

evening between 6 to 7 and they agreed for the same and the very next day our wifi was installed 

and guess what it was much faster than what we used to use earlier.

Now tell me, can you imagine a day without wifi? I was without it for about 4 days.
