The Bel Pan
Today is Monday when I'm writing this blog. Since a year now I'm offering Bel Pan/Bel Patra - The Divine Leaf - to Lord Shiva. So normally today, I went to the Mandir and offered Bel Pan to Lord Shiva and joined my hands and started praying. There was one lady behind me who was waiting for her turn to offer whatever she had to offer to Lord Shiva. But as soon as I offered Bel Pan to Lord Shiva and moved aside and started praying, the lady behind me removed the Bel Pan offered by me to Lord Shiva and offered water to the Shivling.
That was rude! Inhuman! As I was in the Mandir, I kept calm and continued praying to Lord Shiva and after praying, kept the Bel Pan again on Shivling. But when I came home I wrote this blog - in fire burning inside me - for actions of "THAT WOMAN".
And this didn't happen to me for the first time. It happened earlier as well. That lady removed everyone's offered Bel Pan and kept her Bel Pan and then offered water to the Shivling.
My point is - Let the Bel Pan stay on Shivling atleast for some hours. But no, as soon as her turn came to offer, she immediately removed whatever I offered to the Shivling i.e. The Bel Pan.
That was hurtful. I could have just yelled at her and asked her about her actions but then it would instill negative energy around the Mandir. So I kept calm, came home and wrote this blog.
To all those reading this. Remember one thing. God never asked us to come visit him and offer some flowers or water or other divine things. Even if you pray wholeheartedly at home, HE will surely listen to your prayer. Visiting mandir and hurting other devotee's sentiments will never make Lord Shiva happy or for that matter any other God.
So stay kind and humble to each every devotee who visits the Mandir. Spread positivity and remove all the negativity present in you.
